New York Giants safety Will Hill has been fined $15,750 (£9,860) by the NFL for a late hit on Philadelphia Eagles tight end Zach Ertz.
The incident occurred in the first quarter of the Giants' 36-21 defeat to the Eagles when Ertz was deemed a defenceless receiver when Hill hit him in the head late on with an incomplete pass.
Hill was penalised with a 15-yard penalty and on review the NFL saw fit to hand him a hefty fine in just his second game of the season after being activated to the Giants' roster.
Tom Coughlin's side are 0-6 following their week six defeat to the Chicago Bears.
