Former New York Giants wide receiver David Tyree has stated that rookie Odell Beckham Jr has more talent than any football player he has ever seen.
Beckham has drawn huge praise in recent weeks following his one-handed touchdown grab against the Dallas Cowboys, with stars such as Calvin Johnson having claimed that it is the 'best catch' in the history of the NFL.
Tyree - who is famous for helping the Giants win the 2008 Super Bowl with an incredible catch of his own - has now spoken, and said that the 2014 first-round pick has all the attributes necessary to have a huge future in the game.
Speaking to New York Newsday, Tyree said: "The ceiling is very, very high for the young man. He's clearly - and in all honesty, I try to wait to say things like this - the most talented football player I've ever seen in my life.
"Talent only takes you so far, but he has the desire. He has the heart. He enjoys the game and he loves going to work.
"The potential, and what could and should be, is fantastic. We just have to keep him humble and keep him hungry."
Despite missing the first four games of the season, Beckham has broken 15 Giants franchise records and nine league records since making his debut.
