New York Jets wide receiver Percy Harvin has revealed that there is no room for sentiment ahead of his return to face former club the Minnesota Vikings.
Harvin left the Vikings in 2013 in a trade deal to join the Seattle Seahawks, where he played just eight games, but was part of the team that won Super Bowl XLVIII.
The 26-year-old was traded to the Jets earlier this season and he has admitted that he is only focused on playing well for his new side, rather than getting emotional over his return.
"No, no emotions at all. I'm glad to play, be out there and see some of my old teammates," Harvin told the New York Post. "So no emotions.
"I don't think anything stands out other than it's our next game. For me, it'll be good just to go back out there and see some fans, some of my old teammates."
Harvin has recorded 41 receptions for 315 yards this season, but has failed to score a touchdown.
