The Oakland Raiders have become the latest team to list draft quarterback Derek Carr of Fresno State Bulldogs ahead of Texas A&M Aggies prospect Johnny Manziel, according to reports.
An NFL source recently claimed that the Cleveland Browns were hoping to draft Carr over Manziel, and now reports in the Californian press claim that the Raiders are doing the same.
"The Raiders are known for their unconventional picks, so Manziel might seem like a natural fit for them," the Los Angeles Times' Sam Farmer said in a report.
"Word is, though, that they liked Carr more coming out of the combine."
Carr and Manziel are believed to be the top two QB prospects for May's draft.
