Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll has backed the off-season moves of the Philadelphia Eagles, insisting that Chip Kelly "knows what he is doing".
The NFC East side traded running back LeSean McCoy to the Buffalo Bills and have also exchanged quarterbacks with the St Louis Rams as Sam Bradford joined Kelly's men while Nick Foles moved to the Rams.
Kelly has come under criticism for some of his dealings in the off-season, but Carroll is adamant that supporters of the Eagles should be looking forward to the 2015 campaign.
"I think the people in Philadelphia should be very excited about the changes that are coming," Carroll told reporters.
"Maybe they can't see it - the vision is not clear to them. Chip knows what he's doing. It's going to be interesting to see."
The Eagles missed out on the playoffs last season with a 10-6 record.
