LeSean McCoy has said that Michael Vick has a lot to prove, but that he is up to the job.
The quarterback will remain with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2013, having agreed a restructured deal with the franchise.
The tailback told The Star-Ledger: "People forget, this is Michael Vick. He's got a lot to prove this year, but he's ready to roll.
"He knows people are questioning if he can get it done, and he's gonna prove this year he can."
Vick lost his place as a starter to Nick Foles during 2012 after sustaining a concussion.
