Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Mark Sanchez is adamant that his side need to get over their defeat to the Seattle Seahawks quickly in their battle to reach the post-season.
The Eagles fell to a 24-14 loss to Pete Carroll's side to reduce their chances of claiming one of the top two seeds in the NFC playoff race, and now face a season-defining match in their next outing against their divisional rivals the Dallas Cowboys.
Sanchez told reporters: "This most important thing is just to get past this one, to watch the film and move on and get ready for another huge game.
"All of these games down the stretch are so important. Big picture is too far out in front of us.
"We really just need to focus on what is right in front of our nose and that's getting this bad taste out of our mouth and going out and playing Dallas and giving our best effort next week."
The Eagles are now 9-4 in their season, and currently hold the number three seed in the NFC.
