Former Pittsburgh Steelers player Joe Greene has slammed the franchise's current players for greediness that he feels is harming the club.
Greene said that the players always want a bigger contract than their teammates, an attitude which "disrupts" the franchise.
"The scary thing is that players have a one-upsmanship about money; they sign a contract and they like it until someone signs a bigger one and now they don't like it," Greene told the Pittsburgh Gazette.
"I don't like that. I don't begrudge anyone money but it disrupts the football team."
The former defensive tackle is a 10-time Pro Bowler.
