The Seattle Seahawks thumped Saint Louis Rams 30-13, keeping them in contention to secure a NFC wild-card playoff place.
The Seahawks got off to a positive start in the first quarter after Doug Baldwin blocked Donnie Jones's punt, which allowed Michael Robinson to snatch a 17-yard touchdown.
While the Rams never got the chance to put their stamp on the game, their opponents crossed the goal line with Baldwin following a touchdown pass from 29 yards courtesy of Tarvaris Jackson.
Saint Louis managed to find the end zone with just over four minutes of play remaining following a one-yard plunge from Steven Jackson.
Despite an attempted comeback, Seattle was too strong for the Rams and the win was secured with a 16-yard touchdown by Marshawn Lynch.
