The San Diego Chargers have announced that Nick Becton has been promoted to their 53-man active roster.
The rookie tackle joined the team as an undrafted free agent earlier this year, before being signed to their practice squad at the start of the season.
The AFC West side released running back Fozzy Whittaker to make room for the 23-year-old on their roster.
The Chargers play the Dallas Cowboys later today.
