The San Diego Chargers have agreed to a one-year deal with former New Orleans Saints cornerback Patrick Robinson, a league source has confirmed.
The 27-year-old missed the entire 2013 season due to injury, and went through a turbulent year last year in which he lost his position as starter but later returned to the line-up.
Robinson finished the season with two interceptions and had a standout performance against the Pittsburgh Steelers' Antonio Brown in a Week 13 win.
The Chargers star has nine career interceptions and was the 32nd pick in the 2010 Draft, but continued to battle inconsistency under Sean Payton in New Orleans.
