Jon Baldwin has said that he is looking forward to a "fresh start" after being traded to the San Francisco 49ers.
The wide receiver moved to the NFC West team yesterday, with AJ Jenkins joining the Kansas City Chiefs.
The 24-year-old told the 49ers' official website: "I'm just looking forward to a good opportunity here. I'm happy. It's a business. There's nothing I can do about it. All I can do is help the 49ers win ball games.
"I can learn a lot from [teammate Anquan Boldin] who has been in the league and has excelled for years and years. [Quarterback Colin] Kaepernick is a great quarterback. He has some zip on his passes, those things definitely count."
Baldwin recorded 325 receiving yards and scored a touchdown for the Chiefs last season.
