San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh has revealed that wide receiver Michael Crabtree is unlikely to make his return to action this Sunday.
The 49ers face the New Orleans Saints in their week 11 clash and Harbaugh was hopeful that earlier in the week that he could feature.
However, after a few more days of practice, the receiver may have to wait another week before making his comeback from his Achilles injury sustained in May.
Harbaugh told reporters: "It doesn't look probable, no. [He] had a week of running routes, of sprinting, pushing the sled, lifting, training and catching.
"He wasn't part of the team workout, but controlled would be the best way to say it."
The 49ers are 6-3 in their season going into their week 11 clash.
