Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll has said that he has no regrets about his trade move for tight end Jimmy Graham.
The 29-year-old struggled to get into rhythm in his side's offense early in the campaign after the Seahawks traded their first-round pick in the 2015 Draft and center Max Unger to acquire his services from the New Orleans Saints.
Graham began to make a telling contribution for Seattle against the Pittsburgh Steelers before he tore his patellar tendon, ruling him out for the rest of the campaign.
When asked if he had any regrets over trading for Graham, Carroll told reporters: "Oh, I love him on our team. I love him. He's a terrific teammate.
"He brings character and personality to our team. He's a dynamic player. I can only see for really cool things to happen in our future.
"That is a great, long-term decision that we made. We are happy to have him. Miss the heck out of them."
Graham recorded 48 receptions for 605 yards and two touchdowns for the Seahawks in the 2015 season.
