Kam Chancellor has said that some members of the Seattle Seahawks must "grow up" following a series of failed drugs tests within the team.
Defensive end Bruce Irvin recently became the sixth player since 2011 to be handed a suspension for violating the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing substances.
The safety told NFL Radio: "We had our meeting, the vets put a meeting together to talk to the guys about not making the same mistakes over and over.
"You know, we gotta grow up and move past that. So that's pretty much the message right now, growing up and not making the same mistakes over and over.
"Losing Bruce, he's a key part of our defense. But you know, our team is so stacked in our depth, and everybody's so good that whoever steps up in that role, they will do an amazing job as well, so we shouldn't miss a beat."
Irvin will miss the opening four games of the 2013 season.
