The Atlanta Falcons are to appoint Dan Quinn as their new head coach next week, according to a report.
Quinn is currently serving as the defensive coordinator at the Super Bowl-competing Seattle Seahawks, but NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport has suggested that the Falcons will name Quinn as their new boss on Tuesday.
It is also thought that Kyle Shanahan will join Quinn as an offensive coordinator, while Richard Smith will come in as the Falcons' defensive coordinator.
Quinn has long been noted for his achievements in Seattle, where he helped to form one of the most formidable defences in the NFL.
