Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt has admitted that he is ready to prove himself and start the 2013 season injury-free.
Britt said that since his debut season in 2011, he was too worried about his knees to perform.
"I'm feeling back to my old self, not weighing 230 that I was last year lifting weights," Britt told Fox Sports.
"I'm out there running routes and making catches and making plays because I'm not worried about my injuries. I'm more focused on the moment of catching the ball."
Britt made 45 receptions for 589 yards last season.
