Defending Olympic champion Dayron Robles qualified for the semi-finals of the men's 110m hurdles this morning.
The 25-year-old, who is also the current world record holder, got out of the blocks well to put him at the front of the field.
As soon as he found his stride pattern he streaked away from his rivals, eventually crossing the line in 13.33s.
Lehann Fourie and Jeff Porter took the remaining qualifying slots.
