Team England's Isobel Pooley has progressed to the final of the women's high jump at the Commonwealth Games.
None of the athletes in the field made the automatic qualification mark, but the 21-year-old went over the bar at 1.85m to post the joint best height in the heats.
Saint Lucia's Levern Spencer, Cyprus jumper Leontia Kallenou and Australia's Eleanor Patterson are the other leading contenders, having jumped over 1.90m this season, and all three matched Pooley's 1.85m.
Bethan Partridge of England and Scotland pair Rachel Mckenzie and Emma Nuttall will not be fighting for the medals on Thursday after only managing jumps of 1.81m at Hampden Park.
Pooley told Sports Mole after qualifying that she feels in the best form of her career.
