Goldie Sayers believes that she is capable of throwing even further following her record-breaking achievement at the London Grand Prix earlier today.
The British javelin thrower beat her own record by 42cm when she recorded a distance of 66.17m at a meeting in Crystal Palace.
However, with the Olympic Games a fortnight away, Sayers feels that she can produce even better form on the big stage.
"I felt good and I knew there was a good throw in me," he told BBC Sport. "I think there is more to come, but today is one where I have to enjoy the moment."
Sayers will turn 30 on Monday.
