Welcome to Sports Mole's traffic report for today's Olympic venues.
The men's football tournament gets underway today, with matches in Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, Coventry and Cardiff.
The A719 leading to Racecourse Road in Ayr, near Glasgow, is currently closed. There is slow traffic in both directions between the Seafield Road junction and the A70 Miller Road junction due to a building catching fire.
There is also a traffic light failure both ways on the George Street and Montrose Street junction, so approach with caution.
The A6 in Greater Manchester between London Road and Hazel Grove is currently very busy moving southbound.
There are no current concerns in Newcastle, Coventry or Cardiff.
