Oscar Pistorius has won the T44 400m gold after destroying the field in tonight's final.
The superstar of the Paralympics was supreme in his race, going out strongly and maintaining his pace to win in a Paralympic record time of 46.68s.
His new rival, Brazil's Alan Oliveira, tried to keep up with Pistorius's pace but the effort left him out of the medals in fourth.
It was a United States 2-3 as Blake Leeper was nearest to Pistorius with 50.14s and David Prince not far behind with 50.61s.
