Olympics: Guide to day 14

The race is on to climb the medal table with three days left of competition at London 2012.

Great Britain have a number of medal hopes as they try to secure 30 golds.

Sports Mole takes you through the must-see events on day 14 of the Olympic Games.

Taekwondo at 9am

World champion Sarah Stevenson aims to follow the success of Jade Jones and keep Team GB eyes on the ExCel Arena for the women's 67kg competition.

Lutalo Muhammad is also out to prove a point after his controversial selection over world number one Aaron Cook.

Sailing at 12pm

Team GB duo Luke Patience and Stuart Bithell are guaranteed a silver medal as they aim to chase down Australia in the men's gold medal race at 12pm.

Saskia Clark and Hannah Mills are also in with a great chance of making it a double British success in Weymouth as they go into their medal showdown (1pm) level with New Zealand at the top of the women's 470.

Boxing from 2pm

Four British hopefuls are aiming to improve on guaranteed bronze medals as the men's boxing tournament reaches a critical stage.

Bantamweight Luke Campbell faces Japan's Satoshi Shimizu (2pm), welterweight Fred Evans is up against Canada's Custio Clayton (2pm), middleweight Anthony Ogogo takes on Esquiva Falcao Florentino of Brazil (3pm), and super-heavyweight Anthony Joshua squares off against Ivan Dychko of Kazakhstan (10.30pm).

BMX from 3pm-4.45pm

British star Shanaze Reade has a strong medal chance in the women's BMX final (4.30pm) after qualifying fifth-fastest.

Liam Phillips is first up for Team GB on the track and is expected to advance from a tough semi-final draw at 3.08pm.

Hockey at 3.30pm

Great Britain's women aim to erase the disappointment of a semi-final defeat to Argentina against New Zealand in the bronze medal playoff.

Athletics: Women's 1,500m final at 8.55pm

Team GB has two athletes in the final of the women's 1,500m, with Lisa Dobriskey and Laura Weightman aiming to cause an upset and challenge for a medal.

Another realistic chance of British success comes in the men's 4x400m final at 9.20pm.

Jamaican duo Usain Bolt and Yohan Blake also make a return to the track 24 hours after completing a sweep of the top individual sprint medals as the men's 4x100m relay gets underway.
