Great Britain's Mo Farah has set himself the target of improving on his performances during 2012.
The 29-year-old hit the headlines over the last few months by winning a double gold medal at the London Olympics by emerging victorious in the men's 5,000m and 10,000m.
However, Farah is hoping that he can perform even better at next year's World Championships in Moscow.
"I've got to stay hungry and motivated. I'm working hard. The Olympics won't happen every year," he said. "I want to go to the World Championships and improve. I'm still very driven."
Farah won gold in the 5,000m at the last Championships in Daegu back in 2011.
