Asha Philip has admitted that she was left frustrated by her performance in the 100m semi-finals at the World Athletics Championships.
Despite an impressive start, the Brit could only earn a seventh-place finish in a time of 11.21 seconds as defending champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce stormed to victory in the opening semi-final.
"I'm a bit disappointed in myself," Philip told BBC Sport. "I always want more. Getting injured not long before these championships was a bit of a mess, but I tried to give it a go.
"It's my second World Championships and I've made the semi-finals both times so hopefully one day I will make a final."
Commonwealth champion Blessing Okagbare finished in second place in the opening semi.
