Olympic champion Jessica Ennis-Hill has admitted that she has not decided whether to compete at the World Championships in Beijing next month.
The 29-year-old missed the previous championships in Moscow two years ago through injury, and did not compete in 2014, after giving birth to her first child.
However, she came fifth in the heptathlon at the Anniversary Games at the weekend and produced three of her best performances since the London Olympics.
"I am making progress and my times are coming down," she told BBC Sport. "I'm really happy with this weekend. The training I've done over the past few weeks has made a big difference.
"This weekend has given me a good indication of where my speed is, but I've got to make sure that my other events are going well.
"I'm towards the end of my career. I've had an amazing career already and achieved so much. Rio is the main thing for me and I want that to go the right way. The World Championships this year was always going to be a massive bonus."
Ennis-Hill claimed gold in the heptathlon at the 2009 World Championships in Berlin.
