Christine Ohuruogu is out of the World Athletics Championships after being disqualified from the 400m heats in Daegu.
The British runner made a false start and will now be unable to attempt to regain the title she won in 2007.
"I knew it was me straight away. I can't believe it. I just wanted to get a good start as I knew it was going to be a fast round," she told Channel 4.
Teammate Lee McConnell qualified after finishing third in the race.
