Ireland's Scott Evans has secured a spot in the quarter-finals at the men's badminton singles in the European Games in Baku.
The 27-year-old recorded a comfortable 21-6 21-13 win over Blagovest Kisyov of Bulgaria in his round-of-16 contest, clinching the win in just 22 minutes.
Evans was dominant on serve through, dropping just a single point on his own serve in game one, while never trailing in game two.
The quarter-finals of the men's tournament take place tomorrow morning.
