Atlanta Hawks center Al Horford has been given the all-clear to play in game four of the NBA Eastern Conference finals later tonight.
Horford was ejected just before half time in game three for intentionally elbowing Cleveland Cavaliers' Matthew Dellavedova.
His flagrant 2 foul from the match will stand, but he will receive no further punishment from the league.
Without Horford, the Hawks lost in overtime to fall 3-0 behind in the best-of-seven series. No team in NBA history has ever recovered from 3-0 down in the playoffs.
