A Kyrie Irving-inspired Nets side progressed with a 115-108 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference path, with the 30-year-old chalking up 34 points and 12 assists on the night.

Kevin Durant chipped in with 25 points and 11 assists to book his side's spot in the playoffs versus the Boston Celtics, with the Cavaliers now facing the winner of the Atlanta Hawks' meeting with the Charlotte Hornets for the final spot in the Eastern Conference path.

In the Western Conference path, the Timberwolves overturned a first-quarter deficit to beat the Los Angeles Clippers 109-104 and set up a first-round playoff clash with the Memphis Grizzlies.

Anthony Edwards led the charge for the Timberwolves with 30 points on the night - including five three-pointers - while D'Angelo Russell notched 29 points of his own.

Either the New Orleans Pelicans or the San Antonio Spurs await the Clippers in the eighth seed matchup to determine the two final spots in the 2021-22 NBA playoffs.
