The Brooklyn Nets have reportedly launched a mid-season evaluation into various aspects of the team, including new coach Lionel Hollins.
The Nets lost consecutive road games last week to the Los Angeles Clippers and Utah Jazz by 39 and 35 points respectively, and that in turn has sparked concern within the organisation, according to ESPN.
Brooklyn have now lost eight of their last 10 games which has seen them fall out of the Eastern Conference top eight, putting their involvement in the playoffs at risk.
Injuries have been an issue for Hollins this season, while there has also been widespread speculation that they are actively looking to trade numerous players on the current roster.
Their slump has also coincided with the news that owner Mikhail Prokhorov has put the franchise up for sale after failing in his "win now" strategy last year.
