Former Los Angeles Lakers star Jeremy Lin has agreed to join the Charlotte Hornets on a two-year deal.
Lin posted the Hornets logo on his Instagram account to announce the agreement, with players officially able to sign contracts on Thursday.
The point guard is an unrestricted free agent, and draws to a close his time in Los Angeles, where he was in and out of the lineup.
In 74 games for the franchise, Lin averaged 11.2 points on 42% shooting from the field, his lowest numbers since his rookie season.
The 26-year-old started the team's first 19 games of last season, before being moved to the bench.
