The Chicago Bulls are frontrunners to sign point guard DJ Augustin, according to Yahoo Sports.
Augustin was waived by the Toronto Raptors on Monday, and will clear waivers on Wednesday evening to become a free agent.
After Derrick Rose suffered a season-ending knee injury last month, the Bulls have been searching for depth in the point guard position.
In 10 games in Toronto this season, Augustin averaged two points and eight minutes after joining from the Indiana Pacers.
