Chicago Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau expects to be in his role next season despite the team's early playoff exit.
The Bulls were defeated 4-2 by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference semi-finals this year, although reports have claimed for some time that the front office have wanted to make a change.
"Until they tell me I'm not [the coach], I expect to be here," Thibodeau told reporters.
"So that's the way I'm approaching it."
Speculation has suggested that the Bulls are likely to fire Thibodeau, although he still has two years remaining on his contract.
