The Cleveland Cavaliers have secured the first overall pick in the Draft for the third time in the last four years.
The team headed into the lottery in ninth place with a 1.7% chance of securing the top pick for next month's Draft, which includes Andrew Wiggins and Jabari Parker among those already being touted to be the first player selected.
The Cavs' vice chairman Jeff Cohen told ESPN: "It seems surreal. This is three out of four years, and we had a 1.7% chance of coming up with the first pick and we pulled it off again.
"This is the deepest Draft arguably since LeBron [James] and Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh and Carmelo Anthony came out.
"Rebuilding is a process, and we lost a player a number of years back that it was going [to take] some time. Quite frankly it's taken a little bit longer than we'd like, but we've been patient."
The Milwaukee Bucks will pick second, while the Philadelphia 76ers are third and the Orlando Magic secured fourth.
Last season, the Cavaliers used the first pick to acquire Anthony Bennett, who averaged 4.2 points per game in his rookie NBA season.
