Detroit Pistons point guard Brandon Jennings has suggested that he is likely to miss up to nine months after suffering a lower leg injury in Saturday's loss to the Milwaukee Bucks.
The 25-year-old needed to be helped off the court with what was reported to be an Achilles tendon problem, and he vented his frustration on Twitter before revealing that he may not return until the start of next season.
Jennings has averaged 15.4 points and 6.6 assists per game this season.
