Maurice Cheeks has described the closeness of the Detroit Pistons' game against the Phoenix Suns as "unreal".
The Suns fought back in the fourth quarter, but Josh Smith made the game-winning shot inside the last two seconds to clinch a victory for the Pistons.
The head coach told reporters: "It's unreal. They made shots, though. They continued to make shots and we had some wide-open shots. I think [Kentavious Caldwell-Pope] had one. Kyle [Singler)]had one. Will [Bynum] had a couple.
"We didn't make ours. They made theirs. [The game] just turned in their favor. That's the way our fourth quarters have been going here. Fortunately, Josh made those two shots."
The Pistons sit seventh in the Eastern Conference standings.
