Stan van Gundy has said that his Detroit Pistons side are "getting better" after they clinched their sixth straight win in the NBA.
A late jump shot from Brandon Jennings sealed a 105-104 win over the San Antonio Spurs for the side, moving them to an 11-23 record this season.
The coach told reporters: "We are getting better. If you stay in there, sometimes you get a break. We had a very good break at the end. We got lucky at the end. Our resolve to stay in the game right down to the last few seconds was huge."
The Pistons play again tonight against the Dallas Mavericks.
