The Detroit Pistons have reportedly expressed an interest in signing Joe Johnson in a trade with the Brooklyn Nets ahead of tomorrow's deadline.
The team's coach, Stan van Gundy, has previously described the swingman as "under-appreciated" and recently confirmed that he would be interested in making a late trade if the deal was right.
According to ESPN, the deal has not yet been finalised, but it is thought that Brandon Jennings could be part of the trade in order to bring Johnson to Detroit.
Johnson scored his season-high of 34 points against the Pistons in November.
