Mark Jackson has said that the Golden State Warriors expected to reach the playoffs this season.
The team's 112-95 win over the Los Angeles Lakers last night seals their place in the post-season for a second year in a row.
The coach told reporters: "We are not that far removed from dreaming of this moment. [But] we know we're a good basketball team now. That's why you don't see shouting and screaming and soaking-wet guys. We expected to be here. We celebrated the moment, and now we're on to bigger things."
The Warriors sit sixth in the Western Conference.
