Sports Mole rounds up all of the action from Monday's games in the NBA.

The Golden State Warriors recorded a 27th win of the season by cruising to a 117-91 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder at the Oracle Arena.

Harrison Barnes led the way with a season-high 23 points on a night when five players scored in double figures to edge out the Thunder, despite 22 points from Russell Westbrook and 14 points and 10 rebounds from Kevin Durant.

The Chicago Bulls scored 19 points in the final three minutes and 19 seconds to pull away from the Houston Rockets in a 114-105 victory.

Pau Gasol recorded 27 points and 14 rebounds, while Jimmy Butler added 22 points to help the Bulls to their 13th win in the past 15 games.

It was another disappointing night for the Cleveland Cavaliers, who were without LeBron James and Kyrie Irving in a 95-92 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers.

Kevin Love carried the workload for the Cavaliers with 28 points and 19 rebounds, but Tony Wroten's 20 points from the bench inspired Philadelphia to just their fifth win of the season.

Kemba Walker scored 20 of his 33 points in the second half as the Charlotte Hornets beat the Boston Celtics 104-95 at the TD Garden.

Cody Zeller provided impressive support for Walker with a career-high 20 points in a perfect shooting performance.

The Dallas Mavericks needed overtime to beat the Brooklyn Nets 96-88 on a night when Dirk Nowitzki became the NBA's seventh-highest scorer in history.

Dallas outscored the hosts 14-6 in overtime, and it was Nowitzki's three-point effort which pulled the Mavericks clear and edged him ahead of Moses Malone in the scoring charts.

The New York Knicks tied a franchise record by losing their 12th successive game in a 105-83 defeat to the Memphis Grizzlies.

Carmelo Anthony was absent again with a knee problem, and the Grizzlies were barely troubled as Mike Conley registered 22 points, seven rebounds and seven assists.

The Minnesota Timberwolves extended their own losing record to 12 games as Arron Afflalo guided the Denver Nuggets to a 110-101 victory at the Target Center.

Afflalo led the scoring charts with 34 points, while JJ Hickson contributed 16 points and 11 rebounds as the Nuggets shot 55% to pile more misery on the Timberwolves.

The Washington Wizards returned to form with a stubborn defensive display in a 92-85 win over the New Orleans Pelicans.

New Orleans committed 18 turnovers and the Wizards recorded seven blocks as John Wall finished with 15 points and 12 assists in the win.

Roy Hibbert scored 22 points before fouling out as the Indiana Pacers beat the Utah Jazz 105-101 at EnergySolutions Arena.

Derrick Favors had 27 points and 11 rebounds and Gordon Hayward scored 24 for the Jazz, but their late comeback ended in disappointment as the Pacers made four free throws to retake the lead for the final time.

Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard took charge in the final quarter once again to guide his team to a 98-94 win over the Los Angeles Lakers.

Lillard finished the night with 39 points and it was his late shot, and three free throws which made the difference as the Blazers came from 10 points behind in the second half for their 27th win of the campaign.

The Atlanta Hawks continued their fine form by recording a 107-98 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers at the Staples Center.

Paul Millsap scored 23 points, Jeff Teague added 20, and DeMarre Carroll contributed 17 points and eight rebounds in a fifth straight win overall and 19th in 21 games for the team with the best record in the Eastern Conference.
