Golden State Warriors centre Jermaine O'Neal has revealed that he is targeting an NBA championship prior to retirement.
The 35-year-old is widely expected to retire at the end of the season, but has great belief in his current teammates.
"Here I am in my 18th season still looking for that moment. If I can get an opportunity to play for that championship, it would almost be storybook-like", he told NBA.com.
O'Neal is averaging 6.5 points and 4.6 rebounds in 18.8 minutes per game so far this season as he acts as back-up to Andrew Bogut.
