The Indiana Pacers have confirmed that Paul George has been diagnosed with a concussion following the team's defeat to the Miami Heat earlier this week.
The swingman played on after taking a knee to the head during a collision with Dwyane Wade, but admitted after the game that he briefly blacked out.
A statement from the team said: "In response to questions from the Pacers' medical staff, he denied dizziness, nausea, and issues with his vision.
"He was also active and aware of his surroundings. As a result, the Indiana medical staff did not suspect a concussion."
George will have to be clear of symptoms for 24 hours in order to play in the third game on Saturday.
