Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant has revealed that he "felt good" at his first practice of training camp ahead of the new NBA season.
The 36-year-old played in just six games last season after sustaining a fractured knee, but he was pleased with his first team practice in around 10 months.
"I felt normal. I felt like myself," Bryant said, ESPN reports. "That's a good thing."
Bryant practised for the first two hours and 15 minutes of the three-hour practice before joining veteran point guard Steve Nash on the sidelines for the remainder of the session.
Coach Byron Scott insisted that he was happy with what he saw from the pair but he will continue to monitor them through training camp.
