The Los Angeles Lakers have confirmed that Nick Young will miss at least two weeks after suffering a knee fracture.
An MRI scan revealed that the guard has a non-displaced fracture of the patella and a bone bruise following Wednesday's win over the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Young has been one of the team's leading scorers so far this season, averaging 16.9 points per game.
ESPN reports that the Lakers will call up Shawne Williams from the development league's Los Angeles D-Fenders to provide cover while Young recovers.
