Memphis Grizzlies owner Robert Pera has announced the departures of CEO Jason Levien and assistant general manager Stu Lash.
According to ESPN, an increasingly damaging relationship between Pera and Levien led to the former's decision to shuffle his backroom staff.
Despite no suggestions that there would be any further sackings in the future, the decision has reportedly caused head coach Dave Joerger's future to become uncertain.
Joerger led the Grizzlies to the playoffs in his first season in charge, but he was unable to avoid a defeat to the Oklahoma City Thunder in the first round.
Chris Wallace has been named head of basketball operations on a temporary basis.
