Memphis Grizzlies coach Dave Joerger has said that he is proud of his team's performance as they overcame the Cleveland Cavaliers with a 110-96 victory on Saturday night.
Zach Randolph was in inspiring form as he scored 23 points and 14 rebounds, while Mike Conley and Marc Gasol also added 22 points each to secure the win at the FedExForum.
"Our defensive effort, energy and focus were a lot better in the second half," Joerger told reporters after the match.
"We were flying around. We were bodies on bodies. We were physical. We did a good job of taking them out of their stuff.
"So 31 points [allowed] in the second half to a team that put 42 up on [Oklahoma City] the other night in the fourth quarter and scored 60 points against the Jazz in the second half [on Friday], I'm really proud of our guys."
The victory leaves the Grizzlies in fourth position in the Southwest Division with a record of 33-25 for the season.
