The Miami Heat have said that LeBron James will be evaluated once the team is back in Miami, after he was left with a bloodied nose.
The forward was forced out of the 103-81 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder after colliding with Serge Ibaka in the fourth quarter.
Head coach Erik Spoelstra told reporters: "I'm like everybody else, you're used to seeing him like Superman, get up and sprint back even after tough hits and tough falls. So we knew something was up.
"He has a swollen nose right now. It's bleeding. We'll evaluate him when we get back to Miami, but it's sore."
James passed a concussion test following the clash, but was unable to return to the game.
