Sports Mole rounds up all the action from Wednesday night's games in the NBA.

A dominant fourth quarter by the New York Knicks allowed them to come from behind against the Atlanta Hawks.

The Knicks had started well, but an Atlanta comeback allowed the home side to overturn a 17-point deficit before edging ahead.

However, Carmelo Anthony and Andrea Bargnani proved too strong while shooting in the fourth quarter, putting the New York side back in front late on.

The San Antonio Spurs made a strong start as they secured a 92-79 win over the Washington Wizards.

The visitors split the workload, as Tony Parker led the scoring with 16 points, while Boris Diaw and Kawhi Leonard also contributed.

The Los Angeles Clippers had to be defensively strong against the Oklahoma City Thunder to maintain their unbeaten home record.

Blake Griffin had 22 points as the Clippers came back from eight points down at half time, restricting the Thunder's scoring opportunities in the last two quarters.

The Utah Jazz came from behind in the fourth quarter against the New Orleans Pelicans to record their first win of the season.

The home side had been 12 points down at half time, but Gordon Hayward racked up 27 points and 10 assists to help the Jazz edge ahead late on.

The Denver Nuggets stunned the Los Angeles Lakers to claim their second home win so far this season.

A quick start had put the hosts ahead, before the Nuggets controlled the final 12 minutes, with Timofey Mozgov finishing the game with 23 points.

The Orlando Magic had to come from behind in the fourth quarter to secure a win over the Milwaukee Bucks.

Arron Affalo finished the game with a career-best 36 points, with 11 coming inside the final seven minutes as the home side completed their comeback.

Th Houston Rockets were beaten in overtime by the Philadelphia 76ers, who fought back from a 10-point deficit at the start of the fourth quarter.

James Anderson led the team in scoring throughout regulation time, while Evan Turner and Thaddeus Young made the majority of the baskets in overtime to seal the win for the hosts.

The Minnesota Timberwolves crushed the Cleveland Cavaliers, comfortably outscoring their opponents in the first three quarters of the game to secure a 29-point winning margin.

Corey Brewer, who was a late change to the starting lineup, and Kevin Love combined for 60 points during the rout, leaving the Cavaliers without a win away from home so far this season.

The Brooklyn Nets were well beaten in their first of three games on the West Coast this week, losing by 19 points to the Sacramento Kings.

The home side looked stronger from the start, while Marcus Thornton came off the bench to lead the scoring with 24 points.

The Charlotte Bobcats ended the Boston Celtics' four-game winning streak, clinching an 89-83 victory.

Former Celtics power forward Al Jefferson got the visitors off to a good start, before helping Charlotte hold off a late charge.

The Portland Trail Blazers game from behind inside the final six seconds to beat the Phoenix Suns by a single point.

Mike Plumlee gave the visitors the lead with less that a minute to go, but Damian Lillard restored the Blazers' advantage inside the final few seconds.

The Toronto Raptors took a comfortable win over the Memphis Grizzlies, beating their hosts by 16 points.
