Rick Adelman has said that Shabazz Muhammad was "terrific" during the Minnesota Timberwolves' win over the Phoenix Suns.
The rookie, who was the 14th pick in the 2013 Draft, scored a career-high 20 points during the 110-101 victory.
The coach told reporters: "He was terrific. You have to give him all the credit in the world. He kept working and working and working."
The 21-year-old added: "I'm just happy I'm finally getting some playing time. Like I said, I've been staying after practice working with the coaches and it's really paying off for me."
Muhammad has averaged 3.2 points per game during his 21 appearances for the Timberwolves this season.
